We get stolen money back, when it can be got back
Cypher Track Solutions handles scam claims and fund recovery. We work out which recovery routes are still open on your case, pursue them, and pay across whatever is recovered. We are also willing to tell you when nothing is open — which is the part most of this industry leaves out.
Why we exist
Most people who lose money to a scam are told two things. Their bank tells them they authorised the payment. The internet tells them their money is gone forever. Both are often wrong, and the gap between them is where recovery actually happens: a chargeback right nobody mentioned, a reimbursement scheme the bank did not raise, an exchange holding funds that will freeze them on a properly evidenced request, a receivership taking claims years after the fact.
Acting on any of that takes knowing which deadline applies to which payment rail, and how to evidence a case so the party on the other end can act on it. That is the whole job.
How we work
Paid from proceeds, never up front
Our fee is a percentage of what we actually recover, deducted from the recovered funds.
Every figure traces to a document
An amount cannot be typed into your balance. Credits originate from a recorded recovery event — a settled chargeback, a released freeze, a returned recall, a distribution — with a date, a source and supporting evidence attached. The ledger behind it is append-only, so corrections appear as new entries and nothing is quietly rewritten.
Honest assessments, including the unwelcome ones
Recovery depends on how you paid, how long ago, and where the money went. Some cases are strong. Some are hopeless, and we say so rather than keeping a file open. A firm that accepts every case is selling hope, and you have already paid enough for that.
Built to not be the second scam
Victims are routinely targeted again by people offering to recover their losses. We do not cold-call, we will never ask you to send money to receive money, and we will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or remote access to your device. If an approach claiming to be us does any of those, it is not us.
What we are not
Being clear about this saves everyone time:
- We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. Where a case needs a court order, it needs a lawyer, and we will say so.
- We are not law enforcement. We cannot compel disclosure, arrest anyone, or seize assets.
- We cannot reverse a blockchain transaction. Nobody can. Crypto recovery works by following funds to a regulated service and pursuing that service.
- We do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not quote recovery rates before seeing a case.
The scam directory, and why it is sourced the way it is
Our public directory names operations only where a government authority has published an action against them — an SEC or CFTC complaint, a criminal indictment or conviction, a court-authorised seizure, a regulator warning — and every entry links to that record. We deliberately do not republish consumer review sites or algorithmic trust scores, which carry unverified submissions rather than findings of fraud. A directory built on the record is also the only kind a bank, an exchange or a court will act on.
Lost money to a scam?
Filing takes about ten minutes. We will assess what recovery routes are realistically open to you, and tell you plainly if we do not think recovery is achievable.
