From your first report to funds returned
Six stages. You can see exactly which one your case is at, at any time, from your own account.
-
01
You file a claim
Pick the type of scam and answer questions written for that specific scam rather than a generic form. Add one row per payment you made, with the reference, wallet address or transaction hash. Attach whatever evidence you have.
About ten minutes. You can save and come back, and you can add evidence after submitting.
-
02
We assess what is open
A caseworker identifies the payment rail, the time elapsed and where the funds went — the three facts that decide whether recovery is possible. You are told which routes are live, which have closed, and how realistic each one is.
If nothing is viable we tell you that, with the reason, rather than opening a file.

03
We trace the money
For crypto, we follow the chain to the point funds entered a service with compliance obligations. For cards and transfers, we establish the acquirer or the chain of receiving accounts. Every identifier you gave us is checked against what is already on record.
Tracing frequently connects a case to an operation already being worked.
-
04
We build and submit the case
Disputes succeed or fail on how they are evidenced and which reason code they are filed under. We prepare the submission and the supporting bundle, and send it to the party that can actually return money — a bank, a card scheme, an acquirer, a processor, an exchange, or a receiver.
Everything submitted is recorded on your claim timeline as it happens.

05
Recoveries land in your balance
Each recovery is credited as it clears, individually. Partial recoveries are normal, and you do not wait for the whole case to close. Our fee appears as its own labelled deduction against the recovery it relates to, never bundled into it.
Credited once funds have actually cleared to us, not when a counterparty approves.
-
06
You withdraw to your own account
Add a bank account or wallet address, verify your identity once, and withdraw during an open withdrawal window. A new payout destination waits 24 hours before it can be used, which is what stops anyone who gets into your account draining it in one sitting.
Payouts at or above 1,000 require a second approver, who must be a different administrator.
How long it takes
Honest ranges, not promises. The variance is in the counterparties, not in us.
| Assessment | Days | Once we have your payment details and evidence. |
|---|---|---|
| Card chargeback | Weeks to a few months | The merchant gets 30 to 45 days to defend, and it can go to a second round. |
| Bank recall | Days to weeks | Effectiveness drops sharply after the first few days. |
| Exchange freeze | Hours to act, months to release | Freezing is fast; releasing usually needs a law enforcement request. |
| Receivership distribution | Years | Slow, and the one route that still works after every deadline has passed. |
The one thing that matters most
Speed. Almost every recovery route is tied to a deadline running from the date of the payment, and receiving accounts empty within hours. If you have just been scammed, do not wait until you have gathered everything — start now.
What to do in the first 48 hoursLost money to a scam?
Filing takes about ten minutes. We will assess what recovery routes are realistically open to you, and tell you plainly if we do not think recovery is achievable.
