We are paid a percentage of what we actually recover, deducted from the recovered funds, and the percentage is agreed with you in writing before any work begins. If we recover nothing, you owe nothing. We never ask you to pay a fee, tax, deposit or charge of any kind in order to release your money.

No, and nobody honestly can. Whether recovery is possible depends on how you paid, how long ago it was, and where the money went — none of which we control. A card payment still inside the dispute window has a strong route back; crypto sent to a self-custodied wallet that never reaches a regulated exchange usually has none. We assess your case and tell you which routes are open, including when the answer is that none are. Any firm that guarantees recovery, or quotes you a success rate before seeing your case, is not being straight with you.

Almost certainly not. We do not cold-call, message or email people offering recovery services. Scam victims are routinely targeted a second time by fake recovery firms, fictitious law firms and people impersonating agencies such as the FBI — the FBI has issued repeated public warnings about exactly this. The test is simple: we take our fee from recovered proceeds and will never ask you to send money in order to receive money, and we will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or remote access to your device.
